Refund Policy

CampusBoard is a Learning Management System (LMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform licensed to schools, colleges and universities ("Partner Institutions"). This policy covers two distinct types of payments made in connection with CampusBoard, so please check which section applies to you.

1. CampusBoard Subscription Fees (paid by Partner Institutions)

These are the licensing/subscription fees a Partner Institution pays CampusBoard for access to the platform.

• Before activation: If a Partner Institution cancels before its CampusBoard subscription is activated for its students and staff, it is entitled to a full refund of the subscription fee, less any one-time setup or integration costs already incurred (e.g., SIS/PowerSchool integration work).
• After activation: Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the Platform has been activated and made available to Users, except where required by law or as otherwise agreed in the Partner Institution's order form or contract with CampusBoard.
• Annual/multi-term plans: Where a Partner Institution cancels partway through a paid term, refunds (if any) will be pro-rated as set out in its specific agreement with CampusBoard.

2. Fees Collected Through CampusBoard on Behalf of a Partner Institution

Some Partner Institutions use CampusBoard's fee-collection features to receive tuition, exam, or other fees from students. For these payments:

• CampusBoard acts only as a payment facilitator. The fee amount, due dates, and any refund entitlement are determined solely by the Partner Institution, not by CampusBoard.
• Refund requests for tuition/institutional fees should be directed to your Partner Institution (e.g., your school's admissions or accounts office), following that institution's own refund policy and timelines.
• Where a refund is approved by the Partner Institution, CampusBoard will assist in processing the refund back to the original payment method, subject to standard payment-processor timelines.

Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated periodically. Any changes will be posted here and, where applicable, communicated within the CampusBoard app.
